Trevor is a High in Demand MMA Trainer that previously owned Colorado’s PREMIER MMA school, ‘T’s K.O. Fight Club.  Trevor has owned 4 gyms prior to being chosen to be the Operations Manager and Head Trainer at the high altitudes new edition to fight factories, Grudge Training Center.  He has made name a for his self as one of MMA’s top trainers, producing World Champions in MMA, also in Boxing and Kickboxing.  Talk about building Champions, he has successfully developed 12 World Champions.  You will consistently see him on television, Major Sports Centers, including PPV, HBO, Showtime, CBS, Spike, ESPN, ESPN2, Versus, Fox Sports, HDNET, Telefutura, Azteca America. It is easy to reconize him as he is the one standing behind fighters like Rashad Evans, Nate Marquardt, Shane Carwin, Keith Jardine, ‘KING’ Mo-Lawal, Paul Beuntello, to name a few. Just look for the guy with Big Smile on his face as stands behind the guys with his energetic confidence. He has been the Head Striking Coach for Team Jackson’s the #1 fight Team in the industry. You might of Last seen him on the The Ultimate Fighter season 10 Heavyweights as he was the assistant coach to Rashad Evans as they run through Rampage Jacksons Monster competitors.

Experience

Owner, T’s K.O. Fight Club; aurora, colorado. 1998-2001

At age 22, two years after having a career ending injury, Trevor opens his first gym and has great success as a coach in the first year.  He developed 7 Nation Boxing Champions, and takes formally retired Verno Phillips to 3 straight wins and Wittman’s 1st World Championship as a trainer.

Owner, T’s K.O. Fight Club location #2, denver, colorado. 2001-2003

After having a good run with fighters and being a successful business owner Trevor opened his second location in downtown Denver.  He has now picked up more professional fighters as he now is training fighters not only Boxing but Kickboxing and MMA.  The owners of the Building end up Selling the property and Trevor is forced to find a new location.

At this point, Trevor is on a roll bringing in so many top level pro’s and traveling so often that he retires the option to allow the public to train at his facility.  The gym is now a professional training center and producing all of Colorado’s Top Fighters.  Trevor earns more World Titles with Verno Phillips, and gets his first MMA World Title with Duane ‘BANG’ Ludwig defeating former UFC World Champion and Star Jens ‘Lil Evil’ Pulver.  After the big win against Pulver they travel to Japan for the K-1 World Max Tournament as the first American’s to ever compete in the World Max Event and place 3rd place out of 8 finalist.  Trevor works continues working hard to gain 4 more World Championship  Belts for his shelf in a short 2 year span.

After 3 years of not being OPEN to the public Trevor gets a call from Boxing Fanatic and landlord Vern Vohaska.  Vohaska is persistent that Trevor is the next Great Thing in the sport of Fighting, so he counsels  Trevor in to opening a public gym and having a facility to produce fighters from the novice level up to World Championship levels.  Trevor agrees and now is again gaining recognition as one of the Sports Elite. In 2005 Trevor trains both IBF Junior Middleweight World Champion Verno Phillips, and #1 IBF Junior Middleweight Ranked Fighter Juan Carlos Candelo from Columbia, and the first time in boxing history two fighters are slated to fight each other for a World Title Both trained by the same trainer.  Trevor talks with the two fighters about facing each other even though they are trained by the same man and both fighters agree to face each other and the fight is set.  Trevor is in a tough predicament and tells his fighters he will train them for the fight but they must find someone they trust to work there corners because he was not comfortable flipping a coin to decide what corner he would be in.  The producers at HBO heard about this first time occurrence and sent a film crew to Denver for three weeks to do a story on young up and coming trainer and his record setting Same Gym World Title Challenge.  Next accomplishment Trevor receives a few months down the road is Ring Magazine’s top 5 Trainers in the World Award.  In the 4 year time of owning his 4th successful gym he picks up 6 more World Titles and notable wins over Cory Spinks, Jeremy Horn, Martin Kapmann, Branden Vera, Chuck Liddell twice, Forrest Griffin twice, and many more.

Operations manager and head trainer, Grudge Training Center; wheatridge, colorado. 2009-2010

Trevor closes Legendary Gym T’s K.O. Fight Club to help open Mega Gym Grudge Training Center.   Right after being hired for this new job, Trevor is invited to be an assistant Coach on TUF 10 and leaves for six weeks to show the World his Coaching crudentails.

He is back from the show bringing with him Damico Rogers, Justin Wren, plus already training Brendan Schaub, and James Mcsweeny, and in this short year has picked up a wins over Cro-Cop Killer Gabrial Gonzaga, Thiago Silva, and undefeated Demian Maia, and has his own undefeated Heavyweight KO Artist Shane Carwin who just won the UFC Heavyweight Interm Championship March 27th, 2010 Knocking out 2 time World Champion Frank Mir in the 1st round of their scheduled 5 rounder. Carwin is now scheduled to face Brock Lesnar July 3rd at the MGM Grand in Vegas.  On May 10th  Trevor added Undefeated StrikeForce Light Heavyweight Champion ‘KING’ Mo-Lawal to his stable of Elite Fighters. Currently training former UFC Light Heavyweight ‘SUGA’ Rashad Evans for his upcoming bout with Quintin “RAMPAGE’ Jackson May 29th in Las Vegas.  For this fight they have been filming UFC Primetime which airs on SPIKE with three different episodes on three different weeks leading up to the fight.  The first Primetime show hit all time record of 1.2 million viewers beating the GSP vs BJ Penn by over 200,000 viewers. Brendan Schaub goes 2-0 with both fights going less than 2 minutes combined. Knocking out Chase Gormley and the Chris Tuchscherer with ease, he is offered a big step up in class. He signs the contract to fight Top 10 ranked fighter Gabriel Gonzaga. They faught in Anaheim Ca, with Schaub knocking Gonzaga down with just seconds left in the first and Gonzaga suvives, Schaub went on to shut out Gonzaga every round out clasing the vet. Nate Marquardt Faught the dangerous leg lock master Rousimar Palhares. The fight took place in Austin Texas and was the main event at UFC Fight Night. Marquardt demolished Palhares in less then 2 minutes, and his performance lined him up to face the #1 contender Yushin Okami. The fight is scheduled on November 13th in Germany, and the winner gets a guarenteed Title shot to face the winner on Anderson Silva vs Vitor Belfort.
